It does not control the privacy practices of app stores, device platforms, ad networks, authentication providers, payment processors, cloud providers, or other third-party services, even if those services are used with Mine King Chess.

We do not need to store your Google password to let you sign in with Google. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or sensitive private information through support unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate process.
4. Sources of Data
We may receive data directly from you, from your device, from the game client, from our servers, from supported sign-in providers, from app stores or payment providers, from ad providers, from crash reporting or analytics tools, and from support communications.
Some data is generated automatically when you use the Service, such as server logs, diagnostics, crash data, performance data, reward validation records, and transaction records.
5. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve Mine King Chess;
- create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and restore progress;
- save game progress, inventory, rewards, purchases, and sync data;
- validate ads, purchases, item usage, and server-authoritative transactions;
- honor advertising consent and privacy choices through Google User Messaging Platform;
- detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, tampering, and unauthorized access;
- debug crashes, improve performance, monitor server health, and troubleshoot issues;
- respond to support requests, deletion requests, disputes, reports, and feedback;
- enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal, security, accounting, tax, platform, and app-store requirements.

7. Ads, Rewards, and Purchases
Mine King Chess may display ads to support the game. This includes interstitial ads shown between game events and optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch to earn in-game items. Rewarded ads are optional.
We use Google AdMob for ads and Google User Messaging Platform to request and manage ad privacy choices where required, including European regulations and applicable US state privacy choices. If a privacy options entry point is required for your region or device, the app shows a Privacy Options button in settings/profile so you can reopen the Google privacy form.
When ads are allowed, ad partners may process data such as advertising identifiers, device/app signals, approximate location, ad interactions, and consent choices under their own policies and platform controls. If ads cannot be requested, consent is unavailable, or no ad is filled, the game should continue without blocking ordinary gameplay.
If you buy things in the game, the payment is handled by Google Play. We do not see or store your payment card details. We receive purchase tokens, product IDs, and status information needed to validate the purchase and grant the item to your account.
9. Security, Incidents, and Data Loss
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and game data, such as access controls, server-side validation, transaction records, authentication controls, and security monitoring appropriate for the Service.
No online service, server, database, device, network, backup, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, error-free, or continuously available. Bugs, outages, maintenance, device issues, synchronization conflicts, third-party failures, security incidents, or operational mistakes may cause temporary or permanent loss, corruption, rollback, or unauthorized access to data.
Where reasonably possible, we will investigate and try to restore or correct affected data, but restoration is not guaranteed. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, reduce harm, secure the Service, and provide notices where required by applicable law.
10. Retention
We keep data for as long as reasonably needed to operate the game, maintain accounts, save progress, validate rewards and purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, provide support, comply with legal or platform obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the Service.
Approximate retention depends on the data type: account and progress data is kept while the account exists; purchase and transaction records may be kept longer for accounting, refund, chargeback, fraud, platform, and legal reasons; server/security logs are generally kept only as long as needed for operations and abuse prevention; support records are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue and maintain a record of the request.
After account deletion, we delete or anonymize account data unless certain records must be kept for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, dispute handling, platform compliance, or service protection.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated game data through the authenticated in-app deletion flow. If you cannot access the app, you may use our Account and Data Deletion page or contact support at 0sshstudio0@gmail.com to start a deletion request.
To protect players, we will not delete an account based only on a player ID, email address, screenshot, receipt, or unauthenticated message. We may require reasonable verification before processing deletion, such as proving control of the linked sign-in method or completing other account-verification steps.
When deletion is requested and verified, your account may be locked immediately. During the recovery window, currently 7 days, you may be able to cancel the request. After the recovery window ends, account data will be deleted or anonymized, except records we need to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, dispute handling, platform compliance, or service protection.

12. Your Choices and Requests
You may manage app permissions, notifications, ad personalization, advertising ID settings, and similar choices through your device settings, Google settings, app settings, consent prompts, or platform settings where available.
In the app, you can use the Analytics setting to choose whether Firebase Analytics app usage events are collected. Analytics is disabled unless enabled in app settings.
Where required by Google User Messaging Platform, the app provides a Privacy Options button in settings/profile so you can manage ad privacy choices for this device.

Some data may be required to provide online account features. If you ask us to delete or stop using data required for the Service, some or all account features may stop working.

If GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

14. Children and Minimum Age
Mine King Chess is intended for users aged 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service or create an account. If you are at least 13 years old but are not of legal age in your location, you must use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create accounts. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal data to Mine King Chess, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Parents or legal guardians may contact us about privacy questions, account deletion, or account-related requests involving their child. We may require reasonable verification before processing account-specific requests.
15. Processing Locations
