Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mine King Chess, including the mobile game, account features, online services, support channels, updates, virtual items, ads, purchases, legal pages, and related content (collectively, the “Service”). “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of Mine King Chess.

By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or playing Mine King Chess, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Additional rules may apply to specific events, promotions, tests, purchases, platforms, or features. If additional rules conflict with these Terms for that specific feature, the additional rules will apply only to that feature.

3. Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service or create an account. If you are at least 13 years old but are not of legal age in your location, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms and your use of the Service.

If you are a parent or legal guardian allowing a minor to use Mine King Chess, you are responsible for that minor’s use of the Service, including purchases, account activity, device access, and compliance with these Terms.

If we learn that an ineligible user has created an account or used the Service, we may suspend the account, restrict access, request verification, delete the account, or take other appropriate action.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features may require signing in through a supported provider, such as Google Sign-In, or another login method we make available. We may use account identifiers, session records, and server-side data to recognize your account, save progress, validate purchases and rewards, and protect the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, platform account, login method, and any credentials associated with your account. You must promptly contact us if you believe your account was accessed without authorization or affected by a security issue.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, lend, share, or assign your account or account benefits unless we expressly allow it. We are not responsible for losses caused by shared devices, shared accounts, compromised login credentials, unauthorized access, or actions taken by someone using your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear to be created for abuse, fraud, automation, circumvention, or other improper purposes.

5. License and Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and play Mine King Chess for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices.

The Service, including software, server code, gameplay systems, levels, characters, names, logos, user interface, artwork, icons, music, sound effects, text, databases, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or any content to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or exploit the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

6. Player Rules

You agree to use the Service lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• cheat, automate gameplay, bot, script, macro, or manipulate game outcomes;
• use modified clients, unauthorized tools, emulators configured for abuse, packet manipulation, replay attacks, or server-request tampering;
• exploit bugs, duplicate rewards, bypass ad validation, bypass purchase validation, or manipulate inventory, progress, or virtual currency;
• attack, overload, scan, scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, servers, APIs, databases, or networks;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent account ownership, or submit false information to support;
• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.

If you discover a bug, security issue, reward issue, balance issue, or payment issue, you should report it instead of exploiting it.

7. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat, and Security

Mine King Chess may use server-side validation, transaction logs, replay checks, rate limits, purchase validation, rewarded-ad validation, device and app signals, fraud signals, abuse detection, and other security measures to protect the Service.

We may investigate suspicious activity and take action when we reasonably believe there has been cheating, fraud, abuse, tampering, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, reward abuse, or violation of these Terms. Actions may include rejecting rewards, reversing item grants, correcting balances, rolling back progress, limiting features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, or blocking access.

We are not required to disclose detailed detection methods, security rules, evidence, or internal anti-abuse systems where doing so could weaken the Service or help abuse.

8. Progress, Rewards, and Virtual Items

The Service may include saved progress, levels, stars, endless-mode results, inventory, virtual currency, boosters, ad skip tickets, rewards, entitlements, account benefits, and other virtual items or game-state records.

Virtual items and progress are licensed as part of the Service. They are not your property, do not represent stored monetary value, and are not redeemable, exchangeable, transferable, or refundable for money except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

We may adjust, remove, re balance, correct, reset, or replace virtual items, rewards, balances, prices, progress, levels, or gameplay systems to fix bugs, prevent abuse, improve balance, resolve disputes, comply with platform requirements, or maintain the Service.

If the client display differs from server records, the server records generally control. We may correct client-side display errors, duplicated grants, invalid rewards, incorrect balances, or other inconsistencies.

9. Ads and Rewarded Ads

Mine King Chess may display ads to help support the game. This includes interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads are completely optional. You can choose to watch them to earn in-game items or rewards. You will only receive a reward after the app and the ad provider confirm you have finished watching the ad.

We may withhold or reverse an ad reward if the system cannot verify it was completed, if there is a technical error, or if we detect suspicious activity or abuse.

The availability and type of ads, as well as the rewards offered, may change depending on your region, device, current testing, platform rules, ad consent status, and privacy settings.

10. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

If purchases are offered, they may be processed by Google Play, Apple, or another app store or payment provider. The applicable provider may control payment authorization, taxes, receipts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and purchase-related customer support.

We may validate purchases using platform records before granting items or account benefits. We may delay, deny, reverse, or correct purchases if validation fails, a refund or chargeback occurs, fraud is suspected, or a purchase was granted incorrectly.

Unless required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases of virtual items, virtual currency, ad skip tickets, consumables, rewards, account benefits, or online-service access are final and not refundable, exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for money.

If you receive a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal, we may remove the related items, benefits, virtual currency, rewards, or progress, and may restrict access if the account balance becomes invalid or abusive activity is suspected.

11. Updates, Testing, and Game Balance

Mine King Chess may change over time. We may add, remove, test, rebalance, limit, disable, or modify features, levels, rewards, prices, progression, difficulty, UI, events, ads, online services, and content.

During testing, beta, early release, or staged rollout periods, features may be unstable, incomplete, temporary, or available only to certain users. Test data, rewards, prices, and balances may be changed or reset.

You may need to install updates to continue using online features. Older versions may stop working if they are incompatible with security, server, platform, or gameplay requirements.

12. Support, Reports, and Feedback

You may contact support about account issues, purchases, rewards, bugs, deletion requests, or privacy questions. We may ask for information reasonably needed to investigate, such as account identifiers, receipt details, screenshots, device details, app version, timestamps, and issue descriptions.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or sensitive private information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate process.

If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, designs, gameplay proposals, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve, modify, or develop the Service without compensation or obligation to you.

13. Third-Party Services and Platform Rules

The Service may rely on third-party services such as app stores, authentication providers, Firebase or Google services, ad networks, cloud hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, monitoring tools, and support tools.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and settings. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, content, payment decisions, ad decisions, account actions, or data handling except where required by applicable law.

You must also comply with applicable app store rules, device platform rules, payment provider rules, and network provider rules when using the Service.

14. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated game data through the authenticated in-app deletion flow. If you cannot access the app, you may use our Account and Data Deletion page or contact support at 0sshstudio0@gmail.com to start a deletion request.

To protect players, we will not delete an account based only on a player ID, email address, screenshot, receipt, or unauthenticated message. We may require reasonable verification before processing account-specific requests.

When a deletion request is verified, the account may be locked immediately. During the recovery window, currently 7 days, you may be able to cancel the request. After the recovery window ends, the account and associated game data will be deleted or anonymized, except records we need to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, dispute handling, platform compliance, or service protection.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, committed fraud, abused rewards or purchases, or used the Service unlawfully.

15. Availability, Data Loss, and Backups

The Service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, or degraded due to maintenance, updates, outages, device issues, network issues, provider failures, security incidents, operational mistakes, or events outside our reasonable control.

We use reasonable efforts to protect and maintain account and game data. However, no online service, server, database, device, network, backup, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, error-free, or continuously available.

Bugs, outages, synchronization conflicts, maintenance, third-party service failures, security incidents, or operational mistakes may cause temporary or permanent loss, corruption, rollback, or unauthorized access to progress, inventory, rewards, purchases, account data, or other game data. Where reasonably possible, we will investigate and try to restore or correct affected data, but restoration is not guaranteed.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, reduce harm, secure the Service, and provide notices where required by applicable law.

16. Service Shutdown and Offline Version

If we permanently discontinue the online server for Mine King Chess, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make a playable offline version of the game available where technically and legally feasible.

An offline version may require an app update and may exclude or change online features such as account login, cloud saves, server validation, rewarded ads, ad skip tickets, purchases, leaderboards, events, support tools, anti-cheat systems, sync, and other server-based features.

Unless required by applicable law or platform policy, discontinuation of online services, release of an offline version, or inability to provide certain server-based features will not entitle you to refunds, cash compensation, replacement value, transfer of virtual items, or other compensation.

We may provide reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where practical, but emergency, provider, platform, legal, security, or technical circumstances may limit our ability to do so.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, free from data loss, free from cheating or abuse, always available online, or that any particular feature, reward, price, level, item, balance, or content will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of rewards, loss of virtual items, lost profits, business interruption, device issues, service interruption, or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly for Mine King Chess purchases during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

19. Your Responsibility for Misuse

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, fraud, cheating, tampering, or unauthorized account activity caused by you.

We may control the defense of any matter related to the Service where appropriate. You agree to cooperate reasonably with investigations and dispute handling related to your account or use of the Service.

20. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the maximum extent allowed by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of operator, or other business transfer.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules that apply to specific features, form the agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app, on this page, or through another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
