Mine King Chess - Account and Data Deletion

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Mine King Chess account and associated data, email us at 0sshstudio0@gmail.com with the subject line Mine King Chess Account Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the account, such as your Mine King Chess nickname or username, the sign-in method you used, and the approximate date of your last login. Do not send your password.

Delete In The App

If you can access the app, use the authenticated in-app deletion flow. This is the fastest and safest method because it proves control of the account before deletion starts.

Open Mine King Chess.
Sign in to the account you want deleted.
Open Profile or account settings.
Choose the account deletion option and confirm the request.

Verification

To protect players, we may require reasonable verification before processing deletion. We will not delete an account based only on a player ID, screenshot, receipt, or unauthenticated message.

For Google Sign-In accounts, we may ask you to prove control of the linked Google sign-in method. For username/password accounts, we may ask for information that helps verify account ownership. We will never ask you to email your password.

What We Delete

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your Mine King Chess account, including account identifiers, linked login identifiers, cloud progress, inventory, rewards, ad reward state, and related gameplay records stored by our backend.

Guest-only local data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data on your device. If guest data was never linked to a server account, we may not be able to identify it from an email request.

Timing And Recovery Window

When deletion is requested and verified, your account may be locked immediately. Mine King Chess currently uses a 7-day recovery window. During that window, you may be able to cancel the deletion request by signing in or contacting support.

After the recovery window ends, the account and associated game data will be deleted or anonymized, except for records we need to retain as described below.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, platform compliance, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, or service protection.
